Hear Revelation, the final book in the Bible, unpacked in a series of messages by Pastor Lester Kelly – international speaker and Bible teacher at Maleny Baptist Church, every Sunday at 9am, commencing 16 March. Pastor Lester writes: ‘In this series, it’s important that we don’t miss the great truth that in Jesus Christ we are overcomers. The book of Revelation was written at a time of great suffering for the Church. We are a people who experienced great victory over sin at Christ’s first coming, and we will experience the ultimate victory over death at His second coming, looking forward to a new Heaven and Earth where we will dwell with Christ.’

In many ways Maleny Baptist Church is like other bible-based churches: daily we experience God’s boundless love for us in Jesus Christ. We are a welcoming community where the diverse gifts of each person come together to encourage and share God’s love with one another, the community around us and beyond.

We work together to live out our calling in a variety of ways. Some help people work through the issues affecting their lives and families through care, counsel, and practical assistance. Some help in groups: for children, parents with school age children, older people, and those who need spiritual direction in life. Still others love organising the various activities of church and its worship services or join prayer and bible study groups.
